Pets and Planes ("we," "us") is a pet relocation coordinator. We arrange air transport through licensed commercial carriers and coordinate ground transport, documentation and customs clearance on behalf of our clients. We are not an air carrier.

When you request a quote or use our services, we collect the contact and pet details you provide, including: your full name, email address, phone number, the origin and destination of your pet's move, travel dates, whether the move is military/PCS related, and your pet's type, breed, age and measurements. We may also collect any additional notes you choose to share.

We use your information to prepare relocation quotes, plan routing, coordinate with carriers and customs authorities, and communicate with you about your move. We do not sell your personal information.

We share your pet and travel details with the licensed commercial carriers, ground couriers, customs brokers and veterinary authorities necessary to carry out your relocation. We share only what is required to complete each move.
5. Data retention
We retain quote-request and move records for as long as needed to provide our services and to comply with legal, tax and regulatory record-keeping obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below.
7. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to minors, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
